Dharma Coaching is where the work becomes personal.
If Daily Practice gives you the structure to feel better in your body and steadier in your mind, this is where we look at your life—and start making real changes.
Most of the women who come here are not starting from scratch.
They’re thoughtful, capable, and already doing a lot. But something isn’t working the way it used to. There’s a sense of being stuck, or circling the same patterns without traction.
You may be in the middle of a transition—career, relationship, identity—or simply at a point where you know it’s time to recalibrate.
This is where we begin.
How It Works
Dharma Coaching is primarily one-on-one work, with small group options available.
We meet weekly or every other week, typically in focused six-session blocks. Each block begins with a clear intention—something you are actively working toward or working through.
There is structure.
You’ll have frameworks, journaling, and specific points of reflection between sessions. You’ll also have real-time, responsive coaching based on what’s actually happening in your life.
And you will be asked to take action.
Not perfectly. But consistently.
What We Do
We start with practice.
Because without some form of daily grounding—movement, breath, awareness—it’s very difficult to create meaningful change.
From there, we work with what’s real:
The patterns you’re repeating
The places you’re stuck
The decisions you’re avoiding
The changes you know you need to make
We bring awareness to those patterns—not abstractly, but in a way that allows you to shift them.
This is where neuroscience and lived experience meet. You begin to see how your mind works, how your habits are formed, and how to interrupt and rewire them.
And then you act.
What Changes
Over time, things start to move.
You make decisions more clearly.
You follow through more consistently.
You stop circling the same problems.
You begin to trust your own thinking again.
For some, that leads to major life changes—career shifts, relationship changes, new directions.
For others, it’s quieter but just as significant: a deeper sense of clarity, steadiness, and alignment in how they’re living.
About This Work
This isn’t surface-level coaching.
It’s not about optimizing your schedule or adding more to your plate.
It’s about understanding how you operate—mentally, physically, behaviorally—and creating a way of living that actually fits.
It’s grounded. It’s practical. And yes, it has depth.
About Kat
I’ve spent more than 30 years working in education, coaching, and human development—integrating movement, neuroscience, and contemplative practice into real-life application.
My work is shaped not only by that background, but by my own experience navigating parenthood, partnership, career, illness, aging parents -- life.
This is not theoretical for me.
The same principles we use in coaching are the ones I’ve used to rebuild—energy, clarity, and direction—over time.
The Bottom Line
You don’t need more information.
You need a way to see clearly, act consistently, and change what isn’t working.
That’s what we do here.
