These are challenging times.

You’re balancing work, family, and finances—while the world feels increasingly uncertain.

And in the middle of it, your body is changing.

Hormones shift.

Energy shifts.

What used to work… doesn’t always work the same way now.

You’re holding a lot.

You don’t need more pressure.

You need something that supports you.

This will help.

Here's a steady, proven way to support your body, clear your mind, and meet your life—strong and capable—in about an hour a day.

Radical self-care isn't indulgent. It's responsible.

What is radical self-care?

It’s the decision to take care of your body, your mind, and your energy—consistently, and without apology.

You move your body.

You rest when you need to.

You build the capacity to handle what life brings.

You make space for what actually matters.

It’s less about treating yourself—and more about showing up for your life in a way that works.

Strength work, yoga, and meditation—done consistently.

Not separate pieces, but one integrated practice that supports your body, your mind, and how you live.

Daily Practice becomes a place you return to—where you grow, adapt, and transform over time.

What if you could define your day, everyday?

What if you could discover a proven, lasting solution to elevate and balance everything you do in about an hour each morning?

Here's your solution: a powerful blend of movement, mindset, yoga and meditation, accountability and community.

Yoga, actually.

We meet "together at home" 5 mornings a week to workout, practice and breathe.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we begin at 6:40 AM ET, with a short strength session called ‘RESILIENT20.' It’s simple and effective—just three compound exercises using light-to-moderate weights, repeated for three rounds. We introduce a new sequence each Monday and build on it through the week, gradually increasing reps so you develop strength, stability, and endurance without it feeling overwhelming.

Most everyone sticks around for the yoga session immediately following.

At 7:00 AM ET every weekday, we shift into our 'Daily Practice.' This includes about 20 minutes of yoga, followed by a 20–25 minute meditation that blends guided and quiet time.

The rhythm of Yoga Actually follows the lunar cycle, so some days are more active and energizing, while others are slower and more restorative. Over the course of the month, it becomes a very complete, balanced approach to taking care of your body and mind—especially supportive for women in midlife and beyond.

It’s designed to be something you can return to daily, without having to overthink it. Just show up and practice.

One of the things that makes this work—and why people stay—is that we are doing it together, at home.

You don’t have to get in the car, or look a certain way, or be “on.” You can roll out of bed, stay in your pajamas, keep your camera off, and simply show up. You’re in your own space, with your own coffee, your own rhythm, and at the same time, you’re not doing it alone.

Over time, that consistency becomes the thing. Not intensity, not perfection—just showing up, together, in a way that actually fits into real life. Women have seen amazing results over time, just by showing up.

Yoga Actually provides a unique opportunity to:

reconnect with your most authentic self

reclaim your flexibility, mobility and strength

develop mental clarity and center
